OUR POLICY

REFUNDS
If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
We do not offer any refunds or credit notes because you have simply changed your mind.

COMPLIMENTARY FIXES
If you are ever unsatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to meet your expectations within 2 days of your original service. Please call the salon immediately.
Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. (Repairs must be arranged within 3 days of notification to the salon to be considered complimentary fixes.) Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are $5+ each. 
Traditional Nail polish services are not guaranteed. However, we would be glad to fix them for you. Please call the salon within 24-48 hours after initial service and schedule an appointment for nail fix within 2 days. Please DO NOT EMAIL for fixes. Please call the salon. We would like to serve you as soon as possible.

COVID-SAFE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
  • All team members will wear a mask at all times. 
  • To provide distance, we currently will be using only every 2nd station. We have also added dividers as extra barriers.
  • Each station is fully sanitised between every client.
  • Throughout the day we have increased sanitising on all high touch areas, surfaces and implements.
  • Hand sanitiser will be available to you at the front counter. Please sanitise or wash your hands before your service. 
  • We will be maintaining a 1:1 guest to manicurist ratio. 
  • Please sign in as you enter the salon, this is to ensure that we can contact you if there are any COVID-19 outbreaks.
  • ​Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. To keep in line with sanitisation requirements, we will not have a waiting area in the salon.
  • Please come to the salon alone. No additional guests at your appointment as we do not have the space to accommodate any extra people right now.
  • Please refrain from coming in if you show any COVID-19 symptoms, have been in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 or have travelled outside of Australia within the last 10 days.
  • If you find yourself unwell before an upcoming appointment, please let us know! We will help you reschedule.
  • Please be patient if we need to adjust upcoming appointments due to illness or schedule restrictions. Our priority is to the health and safety of our community- guests and staff alike. Thank you for your understanding!​
